Our Story
Made with Texas Love
Cooking and baking have always been my happy place — my love language, my way of showing the people I love that they matter. The kitchen is where I feel most like myself, and feeding people is simply what I do best.
Every recipe here is low in sodium and low in saturated fat — and every single one has to clear a high bar before it earns a spot on this site. My husband and our 12-year-old are wonderfully picky eaters, so if it doesn't pass their taste test, it doesn't make the cut. Our 16-year-old, bless her adventurous heart, will try just about anything — she makes recipe testing a whole lot of fun.
These aren't compromise meals. They're celebrations — of good food, of family, and of every meal we get to share together around the table.
